OpenCRM Product Updates
Stay in the know about new features and enhancements in OpenCRM
Our Jotform integration is super popular - it is a very flexible form-building tool that allows you to create or update all manner of information in OpenCRM via an online form.
We have now added Contracts to the list of modules you can interact with in OpenCRM. Take a look here to get the lowdown on our Jotform integration.
We have successfully optimised a key area for performance within the On Save workflow. Typically, this is when most customer choose to run Workflow, on Save of a record.
The re-engineered logic now performs conditional checks more efficiently, consolidating what were previously separate database queries. This enhancement has resulted in a significant reduction in the overall save time for records, thereby improving system responsiveness and the user experience.

For a long time now we have offered the ability to import to sales entities (Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoice). Part of that import involves adding Product lines.
Given that we integrate with various eCommerce sites, it makes sense that you can import a lot more information to the Product record than is held on the Invoice. Details such as Sales Nominal or Product Category are not only super useful, but at times essential for example when pushing Invoices (and related Products and Customers) to Xero.
Therefore we have added the ability for you to import to any Product field as part of the Sales import process
You may well have a scenario where a parent Project is an umbrella for multiple other Projects. For example to complete a Job you might have one Project for installation, and a second Project for training. It is therefore important that you can track all the associated information (Time, Costs) against the parent Project. You can associate as many sub-Projects to the parent Projects so this is actually a great way to track a wide range of data in one place without the need for reporting.

Are you fed up with getting no-shows on your scheduled meetings?
Here's a nice new feature that will hopefully make that scenario a thing of the past!
You can now schedule Activity reminders to be sent to the linked Contacts either via Email or SMS (or both). Whilst I'm on the subject - don't forget to take a look at your User reminders and notifications to make sure you and the team don't miss those appointments either...
