More Date filter options on Custom Views

OpenCRM Online
• September 16, 2025

You can filter on more than one Date Range when creating a View, but you can now also select whether that Date range should use the operator of "AND" - ie all conditions should be met, or "OR" - where any condition needs to be met.

A great example of how this is useful is if you want to see a View of Activities from the past 14 days AND the next 14 days to give you a 28-day overview.

For more details on how to work with Custom Views, please see this FAQ.

Removing Cancelled Activities from Microsoft

OpenCRM Online
• September 16, 2025

When an Activity is Cancelled in OpenCRM this will be removed from the assigned to persons Outlook Calendar. This prevents engineers going to appointments that have been cancelled, for example.

This is enabled in the Microsoft Settings area, please refer to this FAQ for more information

Additional Permissions on Key Metrics

OpenCRM Online
• September 15, 2025

Key Metrics are a very powerful way of getting a quick overview of key sets of records. Within each Custom View you have the option to display that View within the Metrics Homepage component.

These new permissions control whether the Metrics are listed for each user based on their permissions to see views or an entire module. This makes the Metrics block all the more useful and relevant to each User.
