A setting has been added to the additional settings section: "Disable rounding on markup - prevents rounding issues when using multiple decimal places on list prices or when markup is entered or calculated to a percentage of more than two decimal places" 

This will stop the margin from being rounded and therefore stop the list price being recalculated. The setting is OFF by default. Click here to learn more about using Margin and Mark-Up in OpenCRM
