OpenCRM’s data synchronisation capabilities have been enhanced, making it easier to connect with third-party systems that use MySQL databases. The updated interface allows data to be pulled directly from external MySQL databases and passed into OpenCRM through the existing sync framework, supporting a wider range of integrations.

While individual integrations may still require bespoke development to handle specific data transformations, the new approach streamlines the process and opens the door for standardised integrations with additional third-party applications in the future.

The sync interface has also been extended to support additional OpenCRM modules and relationships, including Events, Contracts, Assets, Event Attendees, and Contact-to-Contract links, providing greater flexibility when synchronising data between OpenCRM and external systems.
