We've introduced a new Additional Settings option that gives workflow automation even greater flexibility. When enabled, all Email Plans and Action Plans triggered within a workflow or conditional chain will run, rather than only the final plan being executed.

This enhancement is particularly useful for complex workflows where multiple conditions need to trigger different actions or communications as part of the same process. Previously, only the last Email Plan or Action Plan set within the chain would run.

To take advantage of this new functionality, existing Conditional Email Plans and Conditional Action Plans will need to be edited and saved after enabling the setting. This update provides more powerful automation and ensures every relevant action is processed as intended.
