New Workflow Enhancement Makes Sales Document Creation Faster and Easier

We've introduced a new enhancement to help streamline sales processes and reduce manual effort when creating sales documents through Workflow. This adds functionality to Workflow that you already have when converting a sales record manually.

A new "Inherit Products" option is now available when configuring a Workflow to create a sales record from an existing one, such as generating a Sales Order from a Quote.

When enabled, OpenCRM will automatically copy all product lines from the source document to the newly created record, saving time and ensuring consistency throughout the sales process. "Inherit Products" is supported across a range of sales document conversions, including:

• Opportunity to Quote/ Sales Order/ Invoice
• Quote to Sales Order/ Invoice
• Sales Order to Invoice

This enhancement helps teams automate document creation, minimise duplication, and keep sales data consistent as opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
