OpenCRM includes an additional setting that can automatically update product prices whenever a different Price Book is selected. Once enabled, the product grid will instantly refresh with the pricing configured in the chosen Price Book, helping to reduce manual updates and ensure consistency.

Better still, this works whether the Price Book is changed manually, via a Jotform submission, or through Workflow automation.
