Managing customer communications from Assets just got a whole lot easier.

We've introduced a range of new email capabilities within OpenCRM Assets, allowing users to send emails directly from an Asset record without leaving the screen (see this FAQ for a list of available merge variables you can insert into emails). But that's just the beginning.

You can now automate Asset-related communications using Email Plans, ensuring the right messages are sent at the right time. For even greater control, Conditional Email Plans can automatically trigger emails when specific criteria are met, helping you streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Whether you're sending one-off messages or building fully automated customer journeys, OpenCRM now gives you more flexibility than ever when working with Assets.
