Building on our existing email linking functionality, this latest enhancement makes it even easier to associate incoming emails with the correct records in OpenCRM.

Previously, users could include encoded IDs within email subjects or content. These were then automatically processed by pop2opencrm to link emails to the relevant records.

With this update, you can now use standard CRMIDs alongside—or instead of—encoded IDs. This simplifies the process and extends compatibility across a wider range of modules within OpenCRM.

To enable this functionality, configure the following setting: "Prefix for tag in subject or description used to link emails to existing records by matching by ID"
