Colour-Coded Helpdesk Tickets

We have added some colour coding to tickets to better reflect Status where attention is needed - the Subject of the ticket will be highlighted in Red when the ticket is Overdue, and will be highlighted in Orange when it is Approaching SLA.

This brings Tickets in line with other entities such as Activities and Opportunities. Check out this FAQ for an overview of what you can do with Helpdesk.
